A:Orders with errors made by the manufacturers will be reprinted at no charge to the customer. Each manufacturer has their own error policy, so please email or call to discuss your particular situation. Unfortunately, due to the fact that our products are customized and personalized to each individual client, we cannot accept returns for errors that were not the manufacturers. Pineapple Grove Gifts will do everything we can to correct the problem!

- Where the order is being shipped
- Manufacturer’s production time
- Proof approval
Most orders ship within 14 business days of order placement. Orders placed during the holidays will take longer.
Please note that orders from multiple manufacturers will ship separately.
